The short version
The full Terms below are written in formal language — here is the gist in plain English:
- Use our services legally and in good faith; don't break the law or abuse the platform.
- We provide the services "as is." If something breaks, our total liability is capped at what you have paid us (or $100, whichever is greater) — standard for SaaS.
- We do not sell your personal data and do not train AI models on your content without your consent.
- You can cancel any paid service at any time. Specific refund terms live on each product's pricing page.
- If a dispute arises, North Carolina law governs and Wake County, North Carolina is the venue.
The formal Terms follow. They control if there is ever a conflict between this summary and the text below.
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your") and NeuralConfig LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("NeuralConfig," "we," "us," "our").
These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, websites, software, tools, applications, and application programming interfaces (collectively, the "Services") provided by NeuralConfig, including without limitation services made available at:
- neuralconfig.com
- neuralrepo.com
- strandcalls.com
- tools.lanpulse.com
- lanpulse.com
- any subdomain of the foregoing
- any other domain or service operated by NeuralConfig, whether now existing or hereafter established
By accessing or using any of the Services, by clicking to accept these Terms, or by creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Accounts
If the Services allow account creation, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are associated with fraudulent or abusive activity.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services to violate any law or regulation
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any party
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without express written permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law
- Use the Services to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Use automated means to access the Services in a manner that exceeds published rate limits or imposes unreasonable load
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties as a service without our prior written consent
- Use the Services to train machine-learning models without our prior written consent, where such use would compete with NeuralConfig's own offerings
We may investigate and take action against suspected violations, including suspension, termination, and referral to law enforcement.
5. Your content
Some Services allow you to submit content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant NeuralConfig a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes such as formatting and caching), display, and distribute your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Services to you. This license terminates when you delete the User Content from the Services, except where we are required to retain it by law or for reasonable backup periods.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights.
6. Our intellectual property
The Services and all content, features, and functionality — including all software, code, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by NeuralConfig or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal purposes, subject to these Terms.
"NeuralConfig," "NeuralRepo," "StrandCalls," "LanPulse," and associated logos are trademarks of NeuralConfig LLC. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
7. Fees and payment
If a Service is offered for a fee, the applicable fees, billing cycle, and payment terms will be presented at the point of purchase. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated on the applicable product's pricing or refund page, or as required by law.
Subscriptions and auto-renewal. Where a Service is sold as a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We will send a renewal reminder a reasonable time in advance where required by law (for example, California, New York, and Illinois residents receive advance renewal notice in accordance with applicable state law).
We may change fees for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice.
8. Beta and experimental features
We may offer features designated as "beta," "preview," "experimental," or similar. These features are provided for evaluation purposes only, may be modified or discontinued at any time, and are provided WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. You use beta features at your own risk.
9. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, Cloudflare, Stripe, Anthropic, third-party APIs, MSP-platform APIs). NeuralConfig is not responsible for third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by the third party's terms, and NeuralConfig disclaims any liability for them.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
NEURALCONFIG DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING YOUR USER CONTENT, WILL BE PRESERVED OR ACCURATE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES. TO THE EXTENT SUCH EXCLUSIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED, THIS SECTION APPLIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
(a) IN NO EVENT SHALL NEURALCONFIG, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF NEURALCONFIG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
(b) IN NO EVENT SHALL NEURALCONFIG'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO NEURALCONFIG FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (ii) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
(c) THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION ARE AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF THE BARGAIN AND APPLY EVEN IF ANY LIMITED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR OTHER LIABILITIES THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NeuralConfig LLC, its members, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of or inability to use the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right
- Your User Content
- Any misrepresentation you make to us
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for cause — including violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse, nonpayment, or legal or security risk — with reasonable notice where practicable. Where an immediate risk to NeuralConfig, our users, or third parties exists, or where required by law, we may suspend or terminate without prior notice. You may stop using the Services or close your account at any time. Upon termination:
- Your right to access the Services immediately ends
- Sections 5 (Your content, to the extent license survival is necessary for ongoing use), 6, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 survive termination
14. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version at /terms. Material changes will be announced via a reasonable means (for example, email if you have an account, or a prominent notice in the applicable Service). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
15. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
16. Exclusive venue
You and NeuralConfig agree that any action, claim, or dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and each party hereby consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. You waive any objection to venue, forum non conveniens, or lack of personal jurisdiction in those courts.
17. General
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and NeuralConfig regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements on the subject.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of substantially all of our assets.
No agency. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by these Terms.
Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of god, war, terrorism, riots, pandemics, natural disasters, labor disputes, utility failures, or governmental action.
Notices to you may be sent to the email address associated with your account or posted on the Services. Notices to us must be sent to the address below.
18. Messaging program (SMS / A2P 10DLC)
Program name: NeuralConfig Transactional Messaging.
Program description: NeuralConfig sends transactional SMS tied to a recipient's own interaction with a NeuralConfig service. StrandCalls sends appointment confirmations, reminders, post-call summaries, and in-call texts requested by the caller. NeuralRepo and other NeuralConfig web applications send login verification codes and account notifications. No marketing, promotional, or recurring unsolicited messages are sent through this program.
Message types: appointment confirmations; appointment reminders; post-call summaries; in-call texts requested by the caller; login verification codes; service notifications.
Message frequency: varies by interaction. Typically ~2 messages per appointment booked via StrandCalls (1 confirmation + 1 reminder); 1 code per login attempt when SMS verification is requested; 1 text per explicit in-call request. No recurring or scheduled broadcasts.
Message & data rates may apply. NeuralConfig does not charge recipients for SMS; standard carrier rates apply based on the recipient's mobile plan.
Opt-in: consent is obtained before any SMS is sent, via either (a) verbal consent during a StrandCalls voice call — the AI voice agent recites a required disclosure and waits for the caller's affirmative response before any text is sent; or (b) an unchecked consent checkbox during account signup on a NeuralConfig web application. Full disclosure and the verbal script are published at /sms.
Opt-out: reply STOP to any message from NeuralConfig to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP for support information. Accepted opt-out keywords also include STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, and OPTOUT. Reply START to resubscribe. Opt-out may also be requested by emailing support@neuralconfig.com.
Supported carriers: major U.S. carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their MVNOs). Delivery through other carriers is best-effort. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: see our Privacy Policy — SMS section for how phone numbers and message data are handled, retained, and safeguarded. Phone numbers are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
