What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website places on your device to remember information about you. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and web beacons (collectively, "cookies" in this policy).

How NeuralConfig LLC uses cookies

NeuralConfig uses cookies across its services — neuralconfig.com, neuralrepo.com, strandcalls.com, tools.lanpulse.com, lanpulse.com, and any other service we operate — in the following categories:

Strictly necessary

Required for the Service to function. These cannot be disabled without breaking the Service.

Analytics

Help us understand how the Services are used so we can improve them. We use Cloudflare Analytics (privacy-focused, no third-party cookies in the Cloudflare default configuration), and may use additional analytics tools disclosed here as we add them.

Marketing / advertising

We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If we add any, this section will be updated and consent will be requested where required by law.

Your choices

You can control cookies several ways:

  • Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Doing so may affect Service functionality.
  • Consent banner: where required by law (for example, in the EEA and UK), you will see a consent banner allowing you to accept or reject non-essential cookies.
  • Opt-out: for analytics, contact us at privacy@neuralconfig.com to opt out globally.

Third-party cookies

Some third parties we rely on (for example, Stripe on payment pages) may set their own cookies. These are governed by the third party's own policy:

  • Cloudflare: https://www.cloudflare.com/cookie-policy/
  • Stripe (if payment enabled): https://stripe.com/cookie-settings

Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because no consistent industry standard exists for responding to DNT signals, NeuralConfig does not currently alter its behavior in response to DNT signals. We will update this policy if that changes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
